Authority and Authorizations
NB Power is subject to the Electricity Act with respect to the charges, rates and tolls established by it for services performed within New Brunswick, although responsibility for policy, management, direction and supervision remains with NB Power, pursuant to the Electricity Act.
Contracts
By accepting service under the applicable terms and conditions of NB Power's rate schedules listed in this manual, the Customer has contracted with NB Power to abide by the applicable conditions found in this Rate Schedules and Policies manual.
The charges, rates and tolls in all NB Power contracts for services provided by NB Power to its Customers are subject to the Electricity Act of the Province of New Brunswick.
